By using MapAssault, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Service description

MapAssault is a territory-conquest game based on your physical activity (steps) and GPS location. The app includes faction and club chat between players.

2. Account and minimum age

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MapAssault.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

3. Community rules

You must not post or transmit content that is:

• Illegal, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, or scams
• Containing others' personal data without consent
• Intended to cheat (GPS spoofing, step simulation, etc.)

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content.

4. Automatic message moderation (AI)

Faction and club chat messages are analyzed on our servers using two-step automatic moderation:

1. Primary analysis (Detoxify) — each message is analyzed by an AI service (Detoxify) that detects toxicity, insults, threats, obscene content, and identity attacks.
2. Second opinion (Google Perspective) — for borderline scores, or if the primary service is unavailable, a complementary analysis may be performed via the Google Perspective API.

A text-based fallback filter (banned words, anti-spam) applies when AI services are unavailable.

Messages rejected by these systems are not published in chat.

5. Reporting and sanctions

5.1. Report inappropriate behavior

If you encounter inappropriate behavior or messages, you can report it:

• In the app: Profile → Report behavior
• By email: contact@MapAssault.app

5.2. Sanctions

We reserve the right to remove messages, restrict chat access, or suspend or permanently delete accounts for violations.

Messages automatically rejected by our moderation systems are not published. Each rejection is counted on the user account to detect repeat behavior. Repeated or serious violations may result in sanctions (chat restriction, suspension, or account deletion) after review by our team.

6. In-app purchases

Gem purchases are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). All digital products are consumables. Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies.

Use of HealthKit (iOS), Health Connect (Android), and geolocation is described in our Privacy Policy.
